What is Studyclix?

Studyclix is a website set up by a group of teachers to make it easier for students to study and teachers to teach. We make online learning easier by splitting many VCE and QCE subjects into topics and for each topic we offer all the past exam questions, exam reports, videos, notes and learning tools.


What do I get with Studyclix PLUS+?

Paying $59 upgrades you to a Studyclix PLUS+ account for 12 months, which gives you full access to all the VCE or QCE exams on Studyclix, including access to questions by topic, exam reports, exam builder, and more, as well as being able to print all VCE or QCE exam questions (with exam reports) on any one topic.


But is it worth it?

Yes, we think so! Studyclix costs less than two sessions with most private tutors. Using Studyclix is one of the best ways you can prepare yourself for your exams. Studying using past exam questions has been shown to be the most effective way to prepare. Studyclix saves you time by giving you everything you need to study a subject, one topic at a time. 97% of students who used Studyclix PLUS+ stated that they felt it had helped them improve their grades.


Why do I have to pay?

We charge this small fee in order to maintain and continuously improve the site for you as well as bring new technologies and resources to the site. Unfortunately this process can't be carried out for free which is why we ask for a little payment in return for what we supply. :)


But I'm a teacher, I thought Studyclix PLUS+ was free for me?

It is! Each school was given a free teacher access code for its teachers. If you don't have the code, contact us stating your name and school and we will issue you with your school's access code.


How long before my Studyclix PLUS+ or PREMIUM membership expires?

Your Studyclix PLUS+ or PREMIUM account will expire 12 months after you upgrade. You will then be returned to a BASIC account unless you choose to upgrade again. Once you upgrade, you can check how long you have left on your subscription by going to your settings page.


Do I have to pay for each subject?

No! A PLUS+ or PREMIUM account gives you full access to all your subjects with an upper limit of twelve subjects.


Can more than one person use my account?

No, unfortunately account sharing is not permitted and each account is for one user only.


Do you offer family accounts?

As mentioned above, each Studyclix account is limited to one person, so there is no such thing as a family account, where more than one person can use the account in question. If there is more than one student in your family requiring PLUS+ or PREMIUM access, then you can upgrade both accounts separately or or contact us for any other questions.


I have a code/voucher to upgrade, where do I put it?

You can enter your code or voucher by going to the pricing page, selecting the plan you want and then clicking 'I have a code' on the payment page.


How can I pay?

Our secure server accepts all major credit cards and laser cards. You can also pay using your Paypal account. If you want to pay us in any other way (cheque, online transfer) please contact us.


I'm a teacher, how can I get full access for my students?

As a teacher you can buy full access PLUS+ or PREMIUM upgrades on behalf of your students. We offer PLUS+ access for $30 per student (normally $59) and PREMIUM access for $45 per student. It's a simple process, just collect the money from your students, select how many upgrades you want via the pricing page, input your payment details and we send you access codes for each of your students. If you prefer to pay by school cheque just contact us.


Do you offer Studyclix to an entire school?

Yes! We offer school-wide licensing to give all teachers and all students full access to Studyclix PLUS+ or PREMIUM accounts. Please contact us for more details.


A feature on Studyclix isn't working, what do I do?

Sometimes, when one of our pages or features has problems, it's a problem connected to your browser. Usually, to fix the problem, we recommend you open Studyclix on a new browser and try again. Chrome generally works best. If this doesn't work, let us know by email or the chat service at the bottom right-hand side of the page.


I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simple. Just click on the 'I forgot my password' link when trying to log in. This will send a link to your email inbox which you can follow to create a new password and then successfully log in again.


Does Studyclix offer free trials?

We currently don't offer free trials to users as we believe that a BASIC account serves as a free trial by giving a taste of what our upgraded plans look like.


One of my subjects isn't on Studyclix, what do I do?

Let us know! We add subjects to our site based on demand, so if we get enough students and teachers asking for a subject to be uploaded to our site, we will do so.


How do I delete my account?

If you no longer need or want your account, just contact us and we'll delete it for you.


Does Studyclix offer notes as well as past exam papers for subjects?

Yes! Teachers and students help to upload notes and other great resources to our Videos and Notes page. Check it out, or else our blog for guides and notes on all the main subjects.


What do I do if I am not happy with the service?

We love getting feedback to learn how we can improve, so please contact us if you are having any problems with Studyclix.
